1. What is the Anchor Supply Chain Loan? The Anchor Supply Chain Loan is a revolving short-term credit product designed to provide working capital to suppliers of creditworthy anchor.

2. Who is eligible for this loan? Recommended suppliers by the anchor who have a minimum of 3 months of business relationship with the anchor and meet the financial health assessment criteria.

3. What is the loan amount range? The loan amount can go up to MMK 700 million. There is no specified minimum amount.

4. What is the interest rate for the loan? The interest rate is fixed at 15% per annum.

5. What is the loan tenure? The loan tenure ranges from a minimum of 30 days to a maximum of 90 days.

6. How is the repayment structured? Repayment is done through a bullet payment of the full invoice value on the payment cycle date of the anchor.

7. Are there any fees associated with the loan? Yes, there is a processing fee of 1% of the loan amount and a late payment fee of 0.05% on the outstanding loan amount.

8. Is collateral required for this loan? No, the loan is unsecured

9. Can the loan be prepaid? Yes, prepayment is allowed without any penalties.

10. What documents are required for the application? Required documents include invoices, purchase orders, business registration, and bank statements for one year.

11. How do I apply for the loan? Applications can be submitted online via the Portal.

12. What is the process after submitting the application? The process includes document verification within 2 days, credit assessment, loan approval, and providing the credit limit within 5 business days after approval. Loan disbursement occurs within 1 business day after reviewing the applied invoices.

13. What are the repayment terms? Repayment is made to a designated account with a 15-day grace period. Late payment penalties are 0.05% on the outstanding loan amount per missed payment.

14. What happens if I default on the loan? Defaulting on the loan can negatively impact your credit score and may lead to legal action.

15. How is risk managed in this product? Risks are managed through rigorous credit assessments, reliance on the anchor company’s creditworthiness, automated processes, regular training, fixed interest rates, and compliance with regulatory standards.
